Personal Development
My passion and enthusiasm for personal development has been continual, as well as the fascination with love understanding about love.. When I started my personal process I realized that self-love and self-acceptance are the most important steps for us to be able to give love and feel loved. This is because everything we attract outside of ourselves is a reflection of the genuine love we feel for ourselves.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I change.” – Carl Rogers. Our responsibility is to clear the blockages that prevent us from being the best version of ourselves.

Mission
My mission as a psychotherapist is to be able to encourage inner growth to be able to find genuine and unconditional self-love, facilitating the elimination of blocks and beliefs that prevent him from feeling serenity and inner peace. Self-awareness is the pathway to strength and confidence, to be able to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, make better and more grounded choices, and shift us to a place of well-being, enabling us to establish healthier and more meaningful relationships.
Vision
My vision is, using the tools of the Enneagram, breathing, meditation and somatic therapy, to explore and become more internally aware thus facilitating the release of blockages.
Whether you are an adult, teenager or child, I help with situations of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, difficulties in relationships, fears, shame and anger.
