Psychotherapy is a method of psychological treatment that is dedicated to providing care to anyone who is in emotional distress. There are those who seek psychotherapy because they have been feeling anxious, depressed or angry for a long time. Somatic psychotherapy in biosynthesis is different from other psychotherapies because it is a holistic approach, it looks at all aspects of the human being , mind, body and soul in an integrated way. The purpose of somatic therapy is to help people understand what is happening to their body sensations and to relieve tensions due to emotions, thoughts and beliefs that are creating blockages, imbalances or disease.. This therapy may include dialogues, breathing, meditations, massages or specific exercises. Each being is unique and each moment is unique, so each session is adapted to the client's needs.
